1. Who we are

This website, casena-store.com (“Casena Store”, “we”, “us”, “our”), is operated by FLOFUM, S.L., registered office Calle Parcerisa 13, Local 1, 08014 Barcelona, Spain. CIF B75621250. Email: support@casena-store.com.

“Casena Store” is a trading name of FLOFUM, S.L. and is not a separate legal person. Every contract formed through this website is a contract with FLOFUM, S.L.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website. We recommend you save or print a copy of these terms when you place an order.

These terms do not exclude or limit any right you have as a consumer under mandatory law in your country of residence.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to order from us. By ordering you confirm that you are. We sell to consumers and to businesses; where a term applies only to consumers this is stated.

4. Products and descriptions

We take care to describe products accurately, including specifications, dimensions and included accessories. Even so:

• Photographs are illustrative. Colour reproduction varies between screens and packaging design may change.
• Manufacturers occasionally revise specifications without notice.
• Minor variations between the image and the delivered item do not make the item non-conforming.

If a delivered item differs from its description in a way that matters, your rights under the Returns & Refunds Policy apply in full.

5. Prices

• Prices are shown in euro (€) unless stated otherwise and include VAT where applicable.
• Any delivery charge or cash-on-delivery fee is additional and is disclosed to you in full during order confirmation, before you commit.
• The total amount the courier will collect is the amount we confirm with you. Nothing further is added at the door.
• We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.

If a price is displayed incorrectly through an obvious error, we are not obliged to supply at that price. We will contact you, explain the error and offer you the choice of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling free of charge.

6. How a contract is formed

1. You submit an order through the website. This is an offer to buy, not a binding contract, and no payment is taken.
2. We may contact you by telephone or email to confirm details and stock availability.
3. A binding contract exists only when we confirm the order and notify you that it has been dispatched.

We may decline an order — for example where stock is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our service area, we cannot verify your contact details, or an obvious pricing error has occurred. If we decline, you are charged nothing.

7. Payment — cash on delivery only

• Payment is made in cash, in the local currency of the delivery country, at the moment the parcel is handed over.
• Title to the goods passes to you when payment is made in full.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you or a person you nominate takes physical possession of the goods.
• We will never ask you for card details, banking credentials or an advance payment. Any such request is fraudulent — please report it to support@casena-store.com.

8. Delivery

Delivery terms, estimated times, charges and what happens if a delivery fails are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates and not guaranteed dates.

Where we fail to deliver within 30 days of order confirmation and you have given us an additional reasonable period to do so, you may cancel the contract.

9. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, which we voluntarily extend to 30 days. The full procedure, exclusions and refund timescales are in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Legal guarantee

Goods sold to consumers carry a two-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU Directive 2019/771. See section 7 of the Returns & Refunds Policy for how to make a claim.

11. Acceptable use of this website

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Place orders you do not intend to accept or pay for
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system
• Introduce malicious code, or use automated tools to scrape, overload or disrupt the site
• Reproduce, copy or resell any part of the website without our written permission

We may suspend or refuse service to any user who breaches this section.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, layout, graphics, logos and the compilation thereof — is owned by FLOFUM, S.L. or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. Product names and manufacturer trade marks remain the property of their respective owners; their appearance on this site does not imply any endorsement of us by those owners, or any affiliation with them.

13. Availability of the website

We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of the site for maintenance or business reasons, and we will give notice where reasonably possible.

14. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including a consumer's statutory rights and our obligations under product liability law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for:

• Loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity
• Damage arising from use of a product contrary to the manufacturer's instructions or applicable safety rules
• Delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including extreme weather, industrial action, carrier failure, and restrictions imposed by public authorities

Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned.

15. Product safety

Several items in our range are powered tools or electrical appliances. You must read and follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety warnings supplied with the product, use appropriate protective equipment, and keep such items away from children. We are not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse or from failure to follow those instructions.

16. Privacy

Personal data you give us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

17. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the moment you place your order, and changes are not applied retroactively to orders already confirmed. The “last updated” date above shows when this version took effect.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Where you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

19. Dispute resolution

Please contact us first at support@casena-store.com — most disputes are settled quickly and directly. If we cannot agree, EU consumers may refer the matter to their national consumer protection authority or to an alternative dispute resolution body in their country of residence.

20. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. These terms, together with the Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement between you and FLOFUM, S.L. in relation to your purchase.
